This is a statue of Ken Masters that is part of Battle of the Brothers diorama, which includes Ryu, Gouken and Gouki (Akuma). This dynamic detailed diorama shows the Ansatsuken user performing a jumping side kick as he breaks through one of the temple guardian statues.
